You can ask us for a refund or an exchange if:
- Wrong item sent to you
- The item has quality problem
If you want to return an item, then it must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was received.
You must contact us before returning any items.
Any item(s) returned without pre-authorization will be rejected.
Returned items to include shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
